How soon can we start?
Start dates depend on our current project schedule. Once we understand your scope and timeline, we’ll confirm an ideal start date. On average, we book new projects 2–4 weeks in advance.
Do you work with clients outside China or the Philippines?
Yes. We collaborate with clients globally through online meetings and shared workspaces. All communication, feedback, and file deliveries are managed digitally for efficiency and clarity.
Do you work with startups or only established brands?
We work with both. Some of our clients are new brands building their foundation, while others are established businesses refining their identity. What matters most is that you value design as a long-term investment, not a quick fix.
Can you help with naming or brand messaging?
Yes. Many of our projects begin before design — we help define brand positioning, naming, and tone of voice to ensure the visual identity is grounded in strategy and meaning.
Do you handle production or only design?
We can support both. While our core focus is design, we often assist with production — from packaging suppliers and print testing to website build-outs — to make sure the final result matches the creative vision.
