How soon can we start?
Start dates depend on our current project load. Once we understand your scope and market timeline, we'll confirm availability. We typically book new projects 2–4 weeks in advance — so the sooner you reach out, the better.
Do you work with clients outside China or the Philippines?
Yes. We work with founders and brand teams across Asia and beyond — fully remote, with clear communication, structured feedback rounds, and clean file delivery at every stage.
Do you work with startups or only established brands?
Both. Some of our clients come to us at concept stage, before they even have a name. Others are established businesses entering a new Asian market or refreshing an identity that no longer fits. What matters is that you see brand as a long-term asset, not a box to tick.
Can you help with naming or brand messaging?
Yes, and we'd argue this is where the most important work happens. Many of our projects start with brand strategy — defining positioning, naming, and tone of voice — so that everything visual that follows is grounded in something real.
Do you handle production or only design?
Both. Our end-to-end offer covers design through to production — packaging suppliers, print testing, material sourcing, and website build-outs. We stay in it until what you launch matches what we designed.
